One end of Earthing cord goes into ground port of a properly grounded power point. Then snap the other end of Earthing cord onto the receptor tab of the mat.
It requires bare skin contact to earth your body and then the bare skin contact will transfer the earth’s energy to your body with the associated earthing benefits.
