It can be securely fastened with elasticated straps to ensure it stays firmly in place. For the best results, make sure to use cotton sheets or similar materials on top of the mat to ensure a good earthing connection to the Earth.
The mats are simple to clean, allow for hand cleaning and easy air drying.
The mat can be used either vertically or horizontally in either direction across the bed.
From a safety point of view I recommend adding a Earth Socket Tester to your order to ensure that your power socket is correctly connected to the Earth.

Here are a few things to understand first before using Earthing Products which most websites selling these will not tell you, either through greed or a lack of understanding of EMF
An electric field is emitted by a cable/cables wherever they are and whether the cable is being used or not. The cable/cables emit an electric field and also something called Dirty Electricity up to 1.5 metres into the room and so if someone is in their bed they can be exposed to these biological harmful fields. And so if a person is using Earthing products and they have a high body voltage the energy from the cables in the vicinity are travelling through the person on the bed to the earth so it mitigates the use of the Earthing Products and can make people feel worse than without the Earthing products. BUT all is not lost as the issues of the high Electric fields can usually be addressed with my advice. Contact me!
I find in most homes where I carry out an EMF assessment and am measuring someone’s body voltage in bed, it is very high and this is due to wiring in the vicinity and can be detrimental when using Earthing products. As such I only recommend using earthing products if there is low electric fields measured and the best way to measure this is by measuring the persons body voltage while they are laying in their bed.
Do it yourself and measure your own body voltage with this “Body Voltage Kit”. This will also give you an idea of where the best place is to put your bed!
